Electricity - We have a stand-by generator in-case of electricity
blackouts. Emergency lighting will immediately go on and the music,
bars freezer and warm-plates will make use of this. • Candles - Please do not leave candles without protection. We will light all canldes shortly before guests arrive. Candles in paperbags are not allowed • Smoking - Smoking is prohibited in the hall. Guests are welcome to use the bar area. Unless you feel that you want to allow guests to smoke at the tables and have arranged with us prior to the function, we will make ashtrays available at the tables - in this case a further R2.00 per person surplus will be charged. |
